  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mixture

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, mashed peas, and chopped spinach.
  2. Add roasted gram flour, ginger, green chilies, cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Mix everything well to form a smooth dough-like mixture.

Step 2: Shape the Kababs

  1. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into round patties.
  2. Repeat the process to make all the kababs.

Step 3: Cook the Kababs

  1. Heat a pan with some oil over medium heat.
  2. Place the kababs on the pan and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Flip gently to ensure even cooking.
