Simple Homemade Coffee Creamer Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk (or any milk you like — almond, oat, etc.)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or use half-and-half, or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
(or use maple syrup or honey for a natural sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

This is your basic vanilla creamer. You can enjoy it as-is or add other flavors (see ideas below).

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a small, heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  2. Heat on low, stirring or whisking often, until everything is well mixed and warm.
Don’t let it boil — just warm it through.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool a bit.
  4. Pour into a clean jar or bottle and refrigerate.

It will stay fresh for about 7 to 10 days in the fridge.
