- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 4 boiled eggs, peeled

- 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.
- Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Gravy
- Heat the remaining oil in the same pan.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and green chili, and sauté for another minute.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
Step 3: Add Cauliflower and Eggs
- Add the sautéed cauliflower and mix well with the gravy.
- Pour in water, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
- Make small slits in the boiled eggs and add them to the curry.
- Stir gently, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add garam masala and mix well.

- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
