Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Peel the soaked almonds by gently pressing them; the skin should come off easily.
- Add the peeled almonds, sugar, cardamom powder, and a little milk (2–3 tablespoons) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth to make a thick almond paste.
- Add the rest of the chilled milk, saffron strands (if using), and ice cubes.
- Blend again until everything is well mixed and creamy.
