Instructions

Step 1: Activate the Yeast

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.

Step 2: Make the Dough

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Mix with a wooden spoon or a dough hook attachment until the dough starts coming together.
  4. Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Step 3: Let the Dough Rise
