Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, mix hung curd, chopped onion, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
- Stir well to form a smooth, spiced mixture.
Step 2: Prepare the Bread Wrapping
- Take a bread slice and trim off the edges.
- Lightly roll it with a rolling pin to flatten it.
- Place a small portion of the prepared curd mixture in the center.
- Apply water along the edges of the bread and gently roll it, sealing the edges firmly.
Step 3: Fry the Dahi Ke Shole
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the stuffed bread rolls into the oil.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
